Zotac will soon launch in Japan, a mini-PC with a VIA Nano processor X2 dual core, the Nano ZBOX VD01. The price seems particularly interesting.

Measuring just 127 x 127 x 45 mm, the ZBOX Nano-VD01 is built around a dual core processor signed by VIA, a Nano U4025 1.2 GHz and a motherboard based on VX900H chipset with VIA Chrome 9 integrated graphics.

It can support up to 4 GB of memory (SODIMM) and by default it has a 6 in 1 card reader, a HD audio 7.1 chip, an Ethernet port, the WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, an eSATA port as well as HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs.

Two versions are planned: the Nano-VD01 ZBox ($130) delivered without hard disk and memory and the Nano-VD01 ZBox Plus ($260) with a 2.5-inch hard drive of 320 GB and 2 GB of memory.
