Yamaha announced its new series of Aventage AV amplifiers that includes four models: RX-A820, RX-A1020, RX-A2020, and RX-A3020.
This new range incorporates all the know-how of the brand including the famous DSP HD3 and 3D cinema that provide better sound immersion. There are also compatibility with the AirPlay standard specific to Apple devices and the possibility (on RX-A3020) to broadcast two different video sources in separate rooms. This function is also known as audio and video multi-zone.
To optimize the listening area, Yamaha offers a precise calibration using YPAO sound that best adjusts audio settings according to room acoustics. Note DLNA compatibility and access to Internet radio.
Finally, the manufacturer offers an application for smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android), which will control the entire audio-vide in a friendly way.
The RX-A820 is already available at a price of $900, the RX-A1020 will be available in August priced at $1200, the RX-A2020 will be available in September at a price of $1700 and the RX-A3020 will be available in October at a price of $2200.
