VIA Artigo A1200: A Nano X2 in a barebone

VIA has just introduced the Artigo A1200, a compact barebone based on a VX900 platform and can play 1080p HD content through its MPEG2/WMV9/H.264 hardware decompression engine.

This barebone features a dual-core Nano X2 1.2 GHz and has a DIMM slot (for up to 4GB of DDR3 memory). There is also a place intended for a SATA hard drive, two Gigabit Ethernet connectors, audio controllers, 802.11n WiFi and Bluetooth (optional), a CFAST interface, USB 3.0 (optional), four USB 2.0 ports and VGA and HDMI. Free of any fan, the A1200 is finally completely silent.

The manufacturer has unfortunately not yet given a price or availability date.
