Trim Slice Tegra 2 Smarttop Hands On

Compulab’s Trim Slice Tegra 2 nettop / smarttop makes its first appearance at CeBIT after getting announced late January. Since we’ve got Tegra 2 smartphones now, the size isn’t that surprising. In addition to Nvidia horsepower, it packs 1GB of RAM, 32GB flash storage, WiFi n, Bluetooth and ports – 2x HDMI (1.3), Gigabit Ethernet, 4x USB 2.0, S/PDIF, SD Card and microSD Card slot, micro USB (slave) and RF232 serial port.

There’s a slightly larger sized version that offers a 2.5″ SATA storage bay. It’ll ship with Ubuntu 10.10 with support for Android Honeycomb, or you can install your own OS on the internal microSD card. It’ll start shipping in June priced with pricing starting at $250 for a barebones model.

See the full Trim Slice specs and brochures over on the product page over at Fit-PC.
