The OCZ Octane 128GB SSD got reviewed in detail

AnandTech has published a review of the 128GB SSD in the Octane OCZ series. It is much more affordable than the 512 GB version which was already analyzed, since it is located below $190.

In terms of its technical characteristics, this version still embeds a Everest Indilinx Interface SATA 6 Gbps controller, as well as a MLC chip engraved in 25 nanometers from Intel. OCZ announces speeds of 535 MB/s read and 170 MB/s write to 37,000 IOPS.

The question is whether confirms the good performance of its big brothers or not. Let us see what our colleagues say.
