Sony VPL-VW1000ES World’s First 4K Home Theater Projector

Sony VPL-VW1000ES

We may not get to distinguish a high resolution in a 32, 37 or 42 inch TV, but when the screen is a whole wall things change and perhaps the 1080p could be something short. Sony VPL-VW1000ES is the first 4K projector on the market with amazing resolution when there are even TVs not supporting it, at least in the market.

Sony VPL-VW1000ES is a projector for very specific users, not only for its very high price but because it’s native resolution, 4K, does not yet have much content available. Sony says the projector integrates a special software which reescales 2D and 3D in 1080p content making it to 4 K and trying to lose the lowest resolution possible. Even so surely something is noted, and little public content at our disposal is on Youtube. And they are nothing more than a few videos of test it.

With regard to the technical characteristics, little import is given compared to the 4K resolution support. 2,000 ANSI lumens, 3D content compatibility, 2 x zoom and, although not discussed in the official press release, we hope that multiple video 1.4 HDMI inputs.

The price of this genius called Sony VPL-VW1000ES is around $ 25,000. Perhaps it is a product that arrives too early, though probably its more driven to one billionaire freak to mount it in it’s living room.
