Giada adds a new reference, the compact i35V, to its range of mini-PC, already rich with many iterations.
Giada Technologies, a subsidiary of the chinese Jehe, has unveiled the i35V mini-PC, including an Intel Atom D2500, dual-core processor clocked at 1.86 GHz with 1MB L2 cache memory and an Intel GMA HD 3600 graphics on a NM10 Express chipset, a DDR3 SO-DIMM memory slot (up to 4 GB), a slot for 2.5-inch hard drive and a rare thing, a 32 GB mSATA SSD (a version with a 16GB mSATA SSD is also available).
We also note the presence of 5 USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI and VGA output, an Ethernet jack, 802.11n WiFi, a SPDIF optical audio output, two audio jacks on the front and a card reader.
In a limited power consumption (24W by Giada), the i35V is rather compact (194 x 150 x 25 mm) and is apparently only available in blue. Please note that we can opt for a pre-equipped with 2 GB of RAM and a 320GB mechanical hard drive.
Advertised as already available in the United States and Canada, the Giada i35V is priced at $168.
