New Corsair Force GS SSD with Toggle NAND and up to 90,000 IOPS

Corsair has introduced its new Corsair Force GS solid state drives, which adds a great performance in IOPS and Toggle DDR memory architecture, thus achieving high performance, ranking in the top performance of Corsair Force series.

Indeed, all SSD outweigh, by far, the performance of a hard drive. The fast drives use asynchronous memory configuration (like the Corsair Force 3). The faster use synchronous architecture (Force GT) and the fastest as the new range of Corsair Force GS units use Toggle-Mode DDR Flash NAND technology.

With this they achieve a maximum performance and which improve the performance of these units in random write to amizing 90,000 IOPS (Input / Output Operations Per Second) for models of 180 GB and 240 GB.

These units will be available in high capacities ranging from 180 GB, 240 GB, 350 GB to 480 GB, are based on a SandForce SF-2200 controller with SATA 6.0 Gbps, have TRIM support and a maximum sequential read and write speeds of 555 and 530 MB/s respectively.

The price for these units is $189.99 (180 GB), $239.99 (240 GB), $349.99 (340 GB) and $489.99 (480 GB) and have a 3 year warranty. They also include a 3.5″ tray adapter.
