LG announces a 84″ Ultra Definition 3D TV

After announcing that it would present a 55-inch OLED screen at CES 2012, LG continues on top by unveiling a 84-inch 3D LCD Ultra Deifinition (4K) TV. This one will also be presented in Las Vegas in January.

This TV is nothing more than the largest screen to date to propose a definition of 3840 x 2160 pixels – a definition four times higher compared to the ones sold today – all in 3D. The display includes a 3D depth adjustment, an immersive 3D Sound Zoom as well the LG’s Smart TV ecosystem, and manages the new Remote Magic.

No price and release date yet, but LG should reveal more early January. Still, this new announcement leaves no doubt about the ambition of LG TVs on the premium market for the coming years.
