Kodi is the “replacement” of the popular XBMC media center. Announced in August 2014, the team responsible for the project released today the version 15.
This version is available for Windows, Linux, OSX and Android.
After some alpha and beta versions, the final version finally came. According to the official site of the project, there are severel new features in this new version of which are:
A new window to select chapters
Through the new window you can “visually” search and select chapters from MKVs files.
Adaptive Seeking (aka Skip Steps)
With this function, the user can, more accurately, position the video at any given time.
Audio and subtitles list
For contents which have more than one language and subtitles, it will be possible through a list, choose which one the user want.
Improvements in the Add-ons Manager
The Add-ons Manager has been modified to be more intuitive and easier to search for add-ons.
