Gigabyte M7V90PI: new VIA Nano Mini-ITX Motherboard

The MSH61DK and the MSH61PI and are not the only Mini-ITX motherboards that have recently appeared in Gigabyte’s catalog . The manufacturer has indeed launched another motherboard in this format: the M7V90PI.

Carrying a VIA VX900 chipset and Nano U3300 processor (single-core model clocked at 1.2 GHz) of the manufacturer, this board is intended for the embedded market. It has a DDR3 SO-DIMM connector, an Chrome9 HD compatible DirectX 9 integrated graphics, a VIA Vinyl VT1708S audio controller and a Gigabit Ethernet controller. We also note the presence of two SATA 3 Gbps ports, one PCIe 1x ports and six USB 2.0 (but not with USB 3.0). VGA and DVI outputs and two serial ports complete the package. The power supply is external, as shown in the DCIN connector located on the side of PS/2 ports.

Unfortunately the manufacturer has not yet indicated the price of this motherboard, or date of availability. This M7V90PI must however be offered at a great price for hope to meet some commercial success, failing to display extraordinary technical characteristics.
