Giada MI-HM65T: A Mini-ITX motherboard based on the Sandy Bridge Mobile

Giada reveals an unusual solution on the segment of motherboards for small form factor market. The MI-HM65T motherboard supports Sandy Bridge Mobile processors and an architecture around a chipset HM65, a duo that we rarely see in the desktop computers market.

This choice allows the proposal os an efficient energy solution while its form factor, Mini-ITX, making it perfect to fit a compact configuration like an HTPC. Core, it comes with a dual-core Celeron 867 at 1.3 GHz processor supported by an Intel HD graphics, all with 17W TDP. A single SO-DIMM DDR3-1333 slot with 2 SATA 6 GB/s ports, a mSATA slot, a mini PCIe, four USB 2.0 ports and a COM port.

The rear panel has two USB 2.0 ports, a power connector, a Gigabit Ethernet port, a dual audio jack, a S/PDIF and HDMI and VGA video outputs. The equipment shows basic but adequate with a view of an HTPC.

Currently no price is even mentioned.
