Firmware Update 1.33 for Corsair Force 3 and Corsair Force GT SSD

For anyone with a Corsair Force 3 or Corsair Force GT SSD a new firmware update is now available to make these units more reliable and correct some details that may cause more of a headache. This update must be applied from Windows 7 and you must have AHCI mode enabled in the BIOS. The update is recommended only if you have problems with your Corsair SSD. Anyway, below is the changelog and the respective firmware for each model of these units.


Change Log:

  • Fixed a rare condition when waking from slumber mode that could cause the drive to hang. This can cause a BSoD if the drive is the primary storage boot device.
  • Fixed a rarely occurring issue during S3/S4 cycling to handle marginal flash timing. This can cause a BSoD if the drive is the primary storage boot device.
  • Fixed an issue during a firmware update where APM would be marked disabled in identify.
