Sound Blaster has launched 2 new models in Japan with the Sound Blaster Recon3D Professional Audio and Sound Blaster Recon3D Fatal1ty Champion edition. Both cards incorporate the new Creative Core3D  audio processor. The Fatal1ty Champions model is very similar to Fatality Profesional model, but the main difference is that it includes a control panel similar to the panels of the old Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion series, ie, RCA audio input jack, 3mm microphone and headphones jacks, volume control (master) and microphone volume control. Onkyo has launched the new WAVIO audio card (SE-300PCIE). Featuring the best from Creative, this new SE-300PCIE comes with 20K2 X-Fi embedded technology with EAX Advanced HD 5.0 on Onkyo’s Original DIDRC circuitry (Dynamic Intermodulation Distortion Reduction Circuitry). The SE-300PCIE also provides a 120dB of S/N Ratio (Signal to Nose Ratio) and is fully compatible with Windows 7 32 and 64bit. The Onkyo WAVIO audio card (SE-300PCIE) will be available in Japan later this month for 34,800 Yen ($400).
