ECS CDC-M: Micro-ATX Cedar Trail
ECS has recently introduced its CDC-M, a Micro ATX motherboard embarking a D2700 Intel Atom processor (dual-core clocked at 2.13 GHz, a model that Intel has just retired) and a NM10 chipset. With dimensions of 190 x 170 mm, this motherboard is slightly larger than a mini-ITX model.
With a passive cooling system, the CDC-M has two DDR3 SO-DIMM connectors (for up to 4 GB DDR3-1066). It is also equipped with a PCI-Express 2.0 x1, one PCI slot, two SATA 3 Gbps, 5.1 audio controller and Gigabit Ethernet. 8 USB 2.0 ports, a COM port and DVI+D-Sub, D-Sub+HDMI, 2xHDMI or just D-Sub outputs complete the package.
Expected at a price of $77, this motherboard has no availability date yet.

Zotac launches Z77 and H77 mini ITX motherboards
It is now the time to present two Zotac motherboards using the new Z77 and H77 chipsets from Intel: the H77-ITX WiFi and Z77-ITX WiFi. As usual, the manufacturer focuses on a very specific format: the mini ITX. As a reminder, Intel had already unveiled a motherboard of this format then: the DH77DF.

ECS has announced the launch of several models of Thin-ITX motherboards. This format is to like the dimensions of a Mini-ITX motherboard, or 170 x 170 mm, but with a height limited to 25 mm for the I/O Shield (against 44 mm for an I/O Shield Classic).
